Shipping Information & Disclaimer

Shipping can be a bit fiddly, but we have tried to make it as simple as possible!

Processing Times 

All prints and artworks are made to order. Custom or limited edition items and anything that needs to be hand signed may take slightly longer. 

We aim to have Textured Print - Open Edition and Poster Prints shipped within 5 working days. Please allow a following 5 days for delivery (Within Australia - default to longer shipping times for countries outside Australia). 

We aim to have Artist Stamped, Hand Signed & Limited Edition prints shipped within 14 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for delivery.

Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (e.g., Australia Post, StarTrack etc).

Tracking information is provided via email where available once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing:

International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Customs duties or taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged in protective tubes or flat mailers to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by: Postal or courier service disruptions, Customs clearance or import restrictions, Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, Force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics).
